Miramar Hotel – Hotel near airport in Manila

My stay at the hotel was really good! The rooms were very clean, stylish, and comfortable, equipped with amenities such as a flat-screen TV, DVD/CD player, minibar, work desk, and comfortable chairs. However, there were a few flying insects around, and the 70's/80's wall-mounted air-conditioner might need an update. The tiled bathroom was a nice touch.

The hotel is conveniently located near SM Manila and Intramuros, offering a terrific location close to Manila Bay, 7-11, Starbucks, and various restaurants. The rooms are outdated but spacious, featuring a full kitchenette, a desk and chair, a large double bed, and a partial view of Manila Bay.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were clean and well-equipped, there were issues with the toilet. The staff, from the guard to the receptionists, were friendly and welcoming, creating a sense of safety. However, the location had some drawbacks with lots of street dwellers nearby.

I had a slight wait of around 10 minutes at 6 am, but the room was equipped with a fridge and a kettle, which were very useful. The hotel room was a bit pricier compared to other newer hotels.

I stayed at the hotel for a few days and found it to be a decent place overall. The rooms, although a bit dated, were clean. The location was convenient with various amenities nearby. However, the internet on the fifth floor was slow, and the dining options were basic.
